Merchmix was built by people who spent their careers inside retail businesses, running planning and buying at M&S, ASOS, Debenhams and Best & Less.
They kept hitting the same wall. Planning in one system, buying in another, allocation in a spreadsheet, execution somewhere else entirely. Every team working from a different version of the truth, and every decision slowed by the gap between them.
So we built the system we wanted. Merchmix is a merchandising and inventory operating system with intelligence at its core, connecting planning, buying, allocation, suppliers and execution in one platform.
Merchmix does not make the call for you. It puts the right numbers, the right signals and the right recommendation in front of the people who do.

“For the first time, we captured the full value of our Black Friday traffic instead of losing revenue to stockouts.”
Helen Carpenter, Head of Ecommerce, Fira Mae
Fira Mae went into peak season the way most retailers do, with a plan built weeks in advance and no way to see what was breaking until it had already broken. One peak later, they were trading on live size-level demand.
Availability broke in key sizes with no warning, so demand arrived and there was nothing to sell it. Paid media drove traffic to product the business could not convert. By January, cash was trapped in slow sellers that should have been exited weeks earlier.
Merchmix changed the order of those decisions. Size-level prediction flagged which SKUs would break and when, so the team replenished before the weekend rather than after it. Campaigns were synced to what was actually in stock, so spend went behind product that could convert. Slow movers surfaced early enough to exit cleanly, which unlocked open to buy that went straight back into proven winners. The same visibility carried through Cyber Monday, Christmas and end of season.
Size and SKU break points predicted rather than reported. Stock risk flagged before peak weekends. Marketing spend aligned to live availability. Slow movers identified while there was still time to act.
