Merchmix is a merchandising and inventory operating system with intelligence at its core, helping retailers connect planning, buying, allocation, suppliers and execution in one platform. From fashion to FMCG, retailers use Merchmix to cut waste, protect margin and decide faster. We want to change how retail is run.

This role is not currently open. We keep it on file because it comes round. Register your interest and we will come to you when it opens. We are looking for a Marketing Associate to drive growth, demand generation and brand visibility across our key markets.
Key responsibilities
- Drive demand generation campaigns across digital, email and event channels.
- Create high-impact content and collateral that explains our product to retail leaders.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline.
- Manage social channels, events and field marketing activities.
What we are looking for
- Two to four years in B2B marketing, growth or demand generation.
- Experience in enterprise software, SaaS or retail technology.
- Strong copywriting, campaign execution and analytical skills.
- Self-driven, creative and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
